Ownership and funding
AubeActu is an online press service published by Adnan TOURAK EI, entrepreneur individuel, trading as Tourak Digital. Address: 5 rue Michelet, 10000 Troyes. SIREN: 890 591 175.
The publishing business has no legal personality separate from the person who runs it: the newspaper belongs entirely to its publisher, and nobody else holds any share in a capital that does not exist as such.

Why this page exists
Article 5 of French law no. 86-897 of 1 August 1986 requires every press publication to tell its readers the name of its owner, of its publication director and of the head of its newsroom, and an online press service to make them available from its home page: they appear at the foot of every AubeActu page. Article 6 of the same law, as amended by law no. 2016-1524 of 14 November 2016, requires the composition of the capital to be published every year as soon as anyone holds 5 % or more of it. Knowing who pays for a newspaper is part of what you need to know in order to read it.
