The publisher is a natural person trading as a sole entrepreneur (entrepreneur individuel): the business name carries the entrepreneur's name followed by the initials "EI", as article R526-27 of the French Commercial Code requires. "Tourak Digital" is a trading name, not a company.

Publication director

Adnan TOURAK, publication director within the meaning of article 93-2 of French law no. 82-652 of 29 July 1982.

Under article 93-3 of the same law, the publication director answers, as principal author, for any press offence committed by the editorial content of the site: everything that appears on AubeActu, articles, alerts and listings, appears under that editorial responsibility. Every article cites its sources under its text. Official alerts, calendar events released under an open licence and service data (weather, warnings, fuel prices) appear without being rewritten.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, infographics and graphic elements published on aubeactu.fr and aubeactu.com are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written permission is prohibited, except for short quotations naming the source and linking to the original article. Third-party content marked with a credit remains the property of its authors, and its licence is given with the credit.

AubeActu reproduces neither the text, nor the standfirst, nor the photographs of another newspaper. Where a piece of information comes from a fellow outlet, it is verified, rewritten, and the source is credited with a link.

Every article on AubeActu is free to read: no subscription, no mandatory account, no cap on the number of articles. There is no paywall, no reserved content and no premium tier.
